We are happy to see so much diverse animal life here. Even though we are in the desert there are so many different types of animals that live here. In PR there was only one native mammal, the bat. It will be fun seeing so many kinds of animals here.

Check out the plant life here too. :) It's amazing that the desert is not just made of sand and cactus! You'd be blown away by what kind of vegetation can survive in such harsh climates.
